Day 1: Singapore - Christchurch
Your Air New Zealand Holidays vacation begins.
Day
2: Arrive Christchurch
Upon arrival you will be met and taken on a
brief tour of the city by private car. Tour
also includes 30 minutes punting on the Avon
River.
Day
3: Christchurch - Greymouth
- Glacier Region (B)
Depart Christchurch on the renowned Tranz Alpine
Train (coach customers only) and travel beside
the Waimakariri River, over the Southern Alps
and onto the alpine village of Arthur's Pass
before arriving in Greymouth. Continue your
travel south along the Scenic West Coast, enjoying
views of the Southern Alps to the East and the
Tasman Sea to the west as you make your way
to the glacier region.
Day
4: Glacier Region - Queenstown (B)
Depart the Glacier Region this morning and travel
down the West Coast past spectacular mountain
ranges, native forests and lakes to the Haast
Pass, gateway to World Heritage Westland National
Park. Follow the shores of Lakes Hawea and Wanaka
to the resort city of Queenstown.
Day
5: Queenstown (B)
Today is at leisure to relax or explore Queenstown.
Optional activities available include bungy
jumping, jetboating, white water rafting, four
wheel driving, cruising on Lake Wakatipu, riding
a gondola to the summit of Bob's Peak for panoramic
views or simply enjoying the excellent shopping
and dining availablein action. This evening,
enjoy an authentic Maori Hangi (feast) and concert
with Tamaki Tours.
Day
6: Queenstown - Mt Cook - Christchurch (B)
Travel through the Central Otago region to Lake
Pukaki and Mt Cook, or known in Maori as "Aorangi",
the cloud piercer. Visit the Church of the Good
Shepherd and Lake Tekapo before travelling across
the Canterbury Plains to arrive in Christchurch.

7: Christchurch - Rotorua (B)
Depart Christchurch for Rotorua via an Air New
Zealand domestic flight (fare not included).
Visit Polynesian Spa, the lake spa retreat offers
unique and very exclusive bathing in four hot
mineral natural rock pools. Views from the pool
extend past the beautiful garden setting and
over Lake Rotorua.
Day
8: Rotorua (B/L)
Today visit Rainbow Springs and Farm, to view
the resident bird life, native flora and fauna,
and see local brown, rainbow and tiger trout
and an entertaining show featuring sheep dog
demonstrations and cow milking. Continue to
visit Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve to view
the boiling mudpools and spectacular Pohutu
geyser, that makes Rotorua famous as New Zealand's
"thermal city". Here you can also enjoy a visit
to the Maori Arts and Crafts Institute to view
local Maori carvers in action. Take the gondola
cableway to the best panoramic view of Lake
Rotorua. Enjoy a full buffet lunch in an uninterrupted
180 degree view of the city.
Day
9: Rotorua - Waitomo - Auckland (B/D)
Enjoy a guided tour of the world famous Waitomo
Glowworm Caves including an underground boat
ride (weather permitting) on a subterranean
river. Continue towards Auckland. This evening
enjoy a three course dinner with wine at Orbit
Restaurant, located up Sky Tower. Orbit revolving
restaurant provides a 360 degree view of Auckland.
You can also enjoy complimentary access to Sky
Tower's main observation levels before or after
dining.
Day
10: Auckland - Singapore (B)
You will be transferred to the airport for your
onward flight home.

insurrection, civil disorder, war or military

- Industrial
disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs,
stoppage or restrain of labour
- Traffic
congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction
of any public/private road, highway, sea or
air passage
- Accidents
of any kind occurring during the Customer's
independent activities
- Theft,
robbery or lost property
- Food
poisoning

Isolation as a result of infectious diseases
or any condition likely to endanger the health
or safety of Customers or impair their reasonable
comfort

Any cause beyond the reasonable control of
the Airline
- Any
cancellation or alteration of the package,
hotel accommodation or tour services as a
result of any of the aforementioned events
or as a result of any decision, act or omission
of the Airline.
