Day 1: Singapore - Auckland
Your Air New Zealand Holidays vacation begins.

Day 2: Arrive Auckland
You will be met by your driver for a private transfer to your accommodation.

Day 3: Auckland (B)

Morning tour including Victoria Park Market, Westhaven Marina and Mt Eden for spectacular views of the city and Waitemata harbour.

Day 4: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua (B)
Travel south to arrive at Waitomo for a guided tour of the world famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Continue over the Mamaku Ranges to reach the 'Thermal City of Rotorua'.

Day 5: Rotorua (B/D)
Visit Rainbow Springs and Farm to see bird life, trout and other wildlife before viewing a farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and the stars of our sheep industry. Continue onwards to Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve to see boiling mudpools and roaring geysers. Here you can also enjoy a visit to the Maori Arts and Craft Institute to view local Maori carvers in action. This evening, enjoy an authentic Maori Hangi (feast) and concert with Tamaki Tours.

Day 6: Rotorua - Queenstown (B)
You will be transferred to the airport for your Air New Zealand domestic flight to Queenstown.

Day 7: Queenstown (B)
Today is at leisure to relax or explore Queenstown. Optional activities available include bungy jumping, jetboating, white water rafting, four wheel driving, cruising on Lake Wakatipu, riding a gondola to the summit of Bob's Peak for panoramic views or simply enjoying the excellent shopping and dining available.

Day 8: Milford Sound Day Tour (B)
Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakitipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter Eglington Valley and travel through the breath-taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown.

Day 9: Queenstown - Glacier Region (B)
Depart Queenstown and travel along the shores of Lakes Wanaka and Hawea to the Haast Pass. Continue up the West Coast past spectacular mountain ranges, native forests and lakes to the Glacier Region on Franz Josef and Fox Glacier.

Day 10: Glacier Region - Greymouth - Christchurch (B)
Travel north to Greymouth today and board the world famous Tranz Alpine train (coach customers only). Ascend through the lush beech forests past the alpine village of Arthur's Pass before crossing the spectacular Southern Alps onto Christchurch.

Day 11: Christchurch (B)
Highlights of your tour today include the Anglican Cathedral, Town Hall, the Arts Centre, Canterbury Museum, the University, Botanic Gardens and the Avon River. Enjoy morning tea at Mona Vale and a drive up to Port Hills for scenic views of the city.

Day 12: Christchurch - Singapore (B)
You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight home.

Liabilities
The company shall not be liable for any cost, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered arising from any of the following events:

1. Acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, inclement weather or accidents
2. National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government or government authority or agency, insurrection, civil disorder, war or military operations
3. Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage or restrain of labour
4. Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, sea or air passage
5. Accidents of any kind occurring during the Customer's independent activities
6. Theft, robbery or lost property
7. Food poisoning
8. Isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely to endanger the health or safety of Customers or impair their reasonable comfort
9. Any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Airline
10. Any cancellation or alteration of the package, hotel accommodation or tour services as a result of any of the aforementioned events or as a result of any decision, act or omission of the Airline.
