VISA TO INDIA
Singapore passport holders, except diplomatic and official passport holders, require a visa to travel to India.
Foreign nationals residing in Singapore with PR status, work perming, employment/student pass may apply for visa to India in Singapore.
Foreign nationals who is not a resident in Singapore will not be provided service by this mission.
Documents Required - Tourist Visa

1 Application Form with date & places of travel with flight details
- 1 recent colour passport-size photo
- Passport with minimum validity of 7 months with 2 blank pages
- Copy of Singapore NRIC / WP / SP / EP for foreign nationals
- Additional Fax Form for Non-Singapore Passport
Additional Documents Required - Business Visa
- For Non-Singapore Nationals, a Business Visa interview form has to be completed.
- Recommendation letter from Employer or Chamber of Commerce
- Invitation letter from Indian Company (If one year or more visa is applied)
Additional Documents Required - Student Visa

Enrollment letter from school/Institute.

Registration number of the school/Institute with details of course/class and recent academic year of enrollment and applicant’s details.
Additional Documents Required - Transit Visa
- If transit on tourist visa, copy of confirmed ticket with all the above requirements.
- If transit on Business visa, copy of confirmed ticket with letter from company specifying the details of travel and invitation letter.
- If transit is for boarding a vessel in India, Letter of Invitation from Indian Company is required.
Additional Documents Required - VISA FOR MAIDS WORKING IN SINGAPORE
(Single entry visa will be issued for short-term visit. Visa will be issued 1 day before departure)
- Copy of passport and WP for maid
- Copy of Employer's Passport & NRIC
- Letter of Undertaking for Maid ’s visit by the employer

Visa Processing Day
Singapore passport 2 working days and Foreign passport minimum 5 working days.
Collection from our office after 12noon the next working day.
