Day 1: Arrival in Batam (No Meal)

Arrive in Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, meet and welcome by our local representative for your transfer to Palm Springs Golf & Country Club. This challenging 27-hole golf course boasts 230 hectares of undulating terrain, with wonderful views of the beach of Nongsa and the modern skyscrapers of Singapore, providing a great backdrop. It is often regarded as the best course in Batam. The course features three excellent 9-hole layouts, namely the Palm Course, Island Course and the Resort Course, all of which were designed by Larry Nelson and IMG. Each of these layouts offer a very different challenge. The Palm Course is the toughest and oldest nine, which incorporates holes along the beach together with higher elevation holes that play through the rainforest. The Island Course plays on a ridge through the jungle with natural features such as palm trees and mangrove vegetation. The Resort Course is the easiest of the three courses, plays a pleasant loop of holes in a verdant woodland environment. Whichever combination of 18 holes you choose, you will have a great day golfing here at Palm Springs. After golf, check-in at your beach resort accommodation.

Day 2: Departure from Batam (Breakfast)

Gear up for 18 holes golf at the Tering Bay Golf & Country Club. A beautiful and challenging par 72 course with 18 holes spread across a lavish 167 hectares, overlooking the picturesque bay north of Batam. Designed by the famous golf professionals Greg Norman, the course is set amidst rolling hills, pristine lakes and lush tropical greenery, offering breathtaking ocean views. It provides the choice of four tee boxes, making it playable for golfers of all skill levels. The land is generally hilly with many holes play through the rainforest. Each hole is unique and provides different challenges. There are plenty of water hazards and bunkering along the way which create numerous risk and reward opportunities. Wind can also play a part during a round at Tering Bay. This course might appear easy, but the design catches most golfers off guard. This 18-hole championship course spans across 6,308 meters with a par of 72, features strategically placed bunkers and water hazards designed to challenge even the most seasoned player. It is one of the most beautiful and luxurious golf courses in Batam, designed by Japanese architect Hisamitsu Ohnishi, who is renowned for designing world-class golf courses in Japan. Reservoirs and natural streams flow across many of the holes into lakes and ponds adjacent to the fairways. Numerous holes along the coastline allow the golfers to enjoy the sea breeze and capture breathtaking views of Singapore’s spectacular skyline and the picturesque city of Nagoya. The front nine plays through more elevated land, while the back nine is flatter, with the two best holes being hole #8 and hole #9. After golf, After golf, proceed to Batam city for hotel check-in.

Be excited to play 18 holes golf at Batam Hills Golf Resort. As one of the best golf courses in Batam, Australian designer Max Wexler designed this place with a variety of hole designs and undulating fairways, which make for a real golfer’s delight. With 18 holes 72 par playing to 6,225 meters, this championship course consists of two distinct 9-hole loops. The front nine weaves through the jungle with undulating and tree-lined fairways, while the back nine is more open, less hilly and is surrounded by wide fairways. Featuring Tifdwarf Bermuda grass, undulating fairways, water hazards and strategically placed bunkers, Batam Hills provides challenges to golfers of all skill levels. The par 3 hole #4 is the signature hole which plays 140 meters, requires an accurate tee shot to a well-guarded green.

Day 3: Departure from Batam (Breakfast)

Cap off your Batam golf holiday with a round at the Padang Golf Sukajadi. It is an 18-hole 72 par championship golf course which opened in the year 2009. The course was originally designed by Thomson Wolveridge & Perrett and was redeveloped by PT. Flora Tjipta Sarana, Jakarta. Laid out across relatively flat terrain, the layout measures 6,340 meters with four different sets of tee boxes that cater to golfers of all abilities. Water comes heavily into play throughout the course. The grass used on the course is Salam Seashore Paspalum, giving it a bright green hue all year round. Padang Golf Sukajadi has also been hosting numerous different tournaments and was rated as the second-best golf course in Batam in 2014 by Golf Digest Singapore. After golf, departure transfer to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal for your homebound ferry.
