Day 2: Sydney (Breakfast)
Morning Sydney City Tour with Bondi Beach (Daily 8.00am to 11.45am)
Today, you will see some of the many iconic sights of Sydney. First stop at Sydney Opera Houseis a masterpiece of late modern architecture and a world class performing arts venue. Next proceed to Hyde Park, Australia oldest parkand home to 580 mature exotic and native trees. Conservatorium of Music is Australia premier music institution. Follow by a guided walking tour of the historic rocks area. Continue the city tour and drive past the Parliament House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, bustling Chinatown and much more! End of tour own arrangement from drop-off point return to hotel.
Day 3: Sydney (Breakfast)
Blue Mountains Tour, Australian Wildlife & River Cruise (Daily 8.00am to 6.30pm)
Today, explore the World-Heritage listed Blue Mountains. See Katoomba, the resort region capital of Blue Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Jamison Valley, you will be visit Scenic World, walk on the valley floor boardwalk under a canopy of tall tree ferns. Stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters Rock formation up-close. Discover the shops in the quaint mountain village of Leura. Embark on a unique experience at Featherdale Wildlife Park which has the world’s largest collection Australian native birds and mammals in a lush bushland environment. Photo opportunities as you walk through Koala Sanctuary, handfeeding kangaroos, wallabies and Pademelons. Lastly, finish the day with a relaxing river cruise down the Parramatta and Sydney Harbour and enjoy the sunset!
Day 4: Sydney (Breakfast)
Port Stephens, Wildlife, Dunes & Dolphins Tour (Mon, Wed & Sat 8.00am to 6.45pm)
Discover the beautiful white sandy beaches and the sparkling waters of Pacific Ocean. Ride the wave crests with the dolphins in the azure waters of Port Stephens where forests, villages and stately homes meet with the sea. Enjoy spectacular scenery and informative commentary whilst cruising the waterways to search for the local pods of bottlenose dolphins, watch as they play on the bow waves. Hop on board modern 4WD enjoy moments of thrilling experience of sand boarding on Stockton Sand dunes.
Day 5: Sydney (Breakfast, Lunch)
Hunter Valley Food & Wine Lovers Tour (Tue, Wed, Fri & Sun 8.00am to 6.30pm)
The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest and most renowned commercial wine producing district with over 7000 acres under vine, famous wine styles include Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and earthy Pinot Noirs. You will learn about the wine making process, a truly informative and educational experience. Stroll amongst the vines to enjoy private wine tastings at boutique wineries. Enjoy a light café style lunch. After that you will learn about and taste some of the Hunter’s other great local produce including cheese, chocolates, and olives.
Day 6: Departure from Sydney (Breakfast)
