Get a 360-degree view of Hong Kong at Sky Terrace 428 and be amazed by the spectacular views over the city with all the tallest and most impressive skyscrapers in sight. Each building grabs your attention with flashing lights, bright animations and even lasers. The tour will end at Ladies’ Market, one of the most well-known street markets in Hong Kong.
Day 2: Hong Kong (Lunch)
Today, you will explore Lantau Island, the largest island in Hong Kong. The tour includes a visit to Ngong Ping 360, Hong Kong's spectacular tourism attraction that features a stunning Cable Car Ride (Standard Cabin) up a mountainside with breathtaking panoramic views of the airport, the South China Sea, lush mountains and the approaching Buddha statue. You will step off the cable car into the culturally themed Ngong Ping Village. You will also visit the famous Po Lin Monastery and view the world's tallest seated outdoor Bronze Buddha (Tian Tan Buddha), which rests contentedly atop 268 steps. Another highlight is a visit to the historical Tai O Fishing Village where Tanka boat people still live in their stilt houses. End the tour with a visit to Jewelry Shop.
Day 3: Hong Kong (Lunch)
Discover the history and culture of the local fishermen of Hong Kong by exploring Island South and Lamma Island. You will meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Start with a stroll through the main streets of Ap Lei Chau, a fishing village with a history which dates back to the Opium War. Hop on the tour boat to explore the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, learn about the interesting history of Aberdeen and see different types of fishing boats. Take a look at Hong Kong’s only circular deep-sea Fish Cage. Then, visit Lamma Fisherfolk’s Village to discover the local fisherfolk culture and try fish catching using the “Baoyu" method. Lastly, enjoy a traditional fisherman’s meal – the “Nine Big Feast” at the famous Lamma Rainbow Seafood Restaurant. Tour will end at Ap Lei Chau pier (MTR Lei Tung Station).
Day 4: Hong Kong - Macau - Hong Kong (Lunch)
In the morning, depart for Macau by ferry. Enjoy a full day tour in Macau which includes visit to 6 UNESCO World Heritage sites. Begin your tour to Ruins of St. Paul’s, Macau’s most famous landmark, built from 1602 to 1640 by Jesuit priests who travelled to the Far East to spread Catholicism. See Section of the Old City Walls, the remains of a wall that surrounded the colonial city of Macau in the 16th and 17th centuries. Visit Na Tcha Temple, built in 1888, a Chinese folk religion temple dedicated to the worship of the deity Na Tcha. Then, proceed to Mount Fortress, built between 1617 and 1626 by the Jesuits, is the historical military centre of Macau. Explore Leal Senado Square, a bustling outdoor atrium surrounded by colorful vintage colonial buildings. Thereafter, head on to A-Ma Temple, built in 1488, is one of the oldest and most famous Chinese temples in Macau. The next stop will be Macau Tower (Ground Floor), a 338-metre-high convention and entertainment centre. Following lunch, visit Souvenir Shop and enjoy some leisure time in the city’s world-renowned Casino. After the tour, return to Hong Kong by ferry.
Day 5: Hong Kong - Shenzhen (Lunch)
Bid farewell to Hong Kong and make your way to Shenzhen by train. Upon arrival, you will proceed for the Shenzhen City Tour. Shopping stops include a Mineral Shop and Gemgod Fund Treasury. You will head on to Splendid China, the world’s largest miniature park. It features 82 famous landmarks of China that are scaled down at a ratio of 1:15, allowing visitors to explore the whole country of China in just one day. The layout of these reproductions was arranged according to their location in China. Within tens of steps, you could travel from the solemn Forbidden City in Beijing to the beautiful Li River in Guilin, from the sacred Potala Palace in Tibet to the segment of Yangtze River in Chongqing. Continue to visit China Folk Culture Village, just next to Splendid China, has 27 ethnic villages built with the proportion of 1:1. This replica village showcases the traditional customs, art and lifestyle of those ethnic minorities living throughout China. You can enjoy shows and performances that are carried out every day.
Day 6: Departure from Shenzhen (No Meal)
Free at own leisure till departure transfer to Shenzhen airport for homebound flight.
